1) Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website/app, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website/app or place any orders.

2) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or use the service under supervision of a parent/guardian) and capable of entering a legally binding contract.

3) Account & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Inform us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4) Products & Services

We sell live plants (hydroponic), home kits (e.g., VertiFarm/HomeKit), and related items/services. Live plants are perishable and may vary naturally in size, color, and appearance.

5) Pricing, Taxes & Payments

Prices are shown at checkout and may change without notice. GST and other applicable taxes may be added as per law. Payments must be completed as per the available payment methods.

6) Subscriptions (If Applicable)

If you opt for a subscription, you authorize us to deliver as per the chosen plan and charge the applicable amount as per your selected payment method (where supported). You can manage subscription status inside your account/app, subject to plan rules.

7) Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to operational constraints, weather, traffic, or local restrictions. We may reschedule deliveries to protect plant quality (e.g., extreme heat/rain).

8) No Cancellation / No Refund for Perishables

Once an order for live plants is placed, it cannot be cancelled and is non-refundable due to the perishable nature of the product. If an order is delivered damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within the time window mentioned in our Shipping/Delivery policy so we can evaluate a resolution.

9) Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate address and contact details, ensure safe access for delivery, and follow basic care instructions for live plants. We are not responsible for plant health issues caused by improper handling after delivery, extreme local conditions, or neglect.

10) Wallet, Credits, Coupons (If Applicable)

Wallet credits, promo credits, and coupons may have validity periods and usage conditions. Credits are not redeemable for cash unless required by law. We may cancel benefits if misuse, fraud, or policy violations are detected.

11) Replacement / Resolution (If Eligible)

If your delivery is incorrect or arrives materially damaged, contact support with photos/video evidence and order details. Any replacement/solution is at our discretion based on verification and policy eligibility.

12) Intellectual Property

All content on the website/app (logos, text, images, videos, designs, UI, and educational material) is owned by or licensed to Kryzen Technologies Private Limited. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit it without written permission.

13) Prohibited Use

You agree not to misuse the website/app, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt services, submit false orders/claims, abuse staff, or use the platform for unlawful activity. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

14) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order.

15) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the website/app, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

16) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use means you accept the revised Terms.

17) Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Indian law. All disputes shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Pune, Maharashtra.
