Refund, Shipping & Warranty Policy

1) No Refund on VertiFarm After Installation

Once VertiFarm has been installed at the customer’s premises, the purchase becomes final and non-refundable. Installation signifies acceptance of the product in working condition.

2) Wallet Balance Is Non-Refundable

Any wallet balance, promotional credit, cashback credit, referral credit, or stored value in the customer account is non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to a bank account.

3) Shipping Policy

We ensure fast, safe, and reliable delivery to your doorstep. Tracking details will be shared once your order is dispatched.

Shipping Charges: Free within India.

Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to logistics constraints, weather conditions, regional restrictions, or force majeure events.

4) Warranty Coverage

VertiFarm products are covered under limited warranty as mentioned below:

VertiFarm Tower Structure: 2-year warranty covering material defects and manufacturing defects.

Pump, Timer Switch, TDS Meter: 6-month warranty covering performance defects and manufacturing defects.

Warranty does not cover physical damage, mishandling, improper installation by third parties, electrical fluctuations, water damage, negligence, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.

5) Replacement (If Applicable)

If a product component is found defective within the applicable warranty period, we may repair or replace the affected component at our discretion. Refunds will not be provided in place of warranty replacement unless required by law.

6) Before Installation (If Applicable)

If installation has not yet occurred, any cancellation request will be evaluated strictly based on the offer terms, invoice conditions, and internal approval. If no written cancellation policy is mentioned at the time of purchase, refunds are not guaranteed.
